Editing Ancillary Texts DVD Cover

This is the editing stages of my DVD Cover, i edited it in photo shop becasue i wanted to make as realistic as possible to the audience.

Yet again i wanted to show a different side to my characters personality and also like this in with my main product and poster. Therefore the wall papaer links in with my poster and the screen shots on the back of my DVD cover links in with my main product. Also to make this as realistic as possible I have put the age ratings on and other stickers on it.

Water and Land Symbolism

In my music video i have shots of the sea and the beach. The sea and the land work together and can work against eachother, this is similar to a relationship. Therefore i wanted the water to symbolise Fin and the land to symbolise Francesca.We have the nice shots of the sea and land showing the shots of the sea and land coming together as one, this is similar to what would happen in a relationship. But there is also the more intense shots with the crashing of waves, representing how there can be more intense moments within a relationship. These shots are huge symbolism to my music video and therefore I wanted to make this symbolism crystal clear to the audeince so they are fully aware of whats going on.

Red Rose

Symbolism: My music video to 'Give Your Heart A Break' By Demi Lovato, is filmed mainly by the sea. I want the relationship between the characters to be shown as the relation of water meeting the land. Sometimes its smooth and calam and othertimes is hard and horrible. The Red rose is important because towards the end of my video, after the parting of the two characters they reunite. This shown with the red rose when its placed into a glass of water. It will be more clear when you have seen my music video!!
